The Valhalla FAST was requested to respond to a working house fire in the Village of Elmsford on Sunday Night. Car 2481 and a crew from Rescue 9 went to the scene. Upon arrival, the fire was quickly knocked down and the Rescue 9 Crew was requested to assist in ventilation of the house. After ventilation was complete the crews stood by on scene for a little while longer until released by Elmsford Command. While packing up Rescue 9 was dispatched to an automatic alarm at 115 E. Stevens Ave for an automatic alarm. The automatic alarm was cleared by crews and then Valhalla returned to service.
