Valhalla FAST was requested to Elmsford last night for a working structure fire. The fire was located on East Main Street in a commercial structure. Crews from Elmsford, Fairview, Hartsdale, Millwood and Irvington battled the fire while the members of the FAST stood by. Once the main body of fire was knocked down, the FAST was put to work assisting with overhaul and positive ventilation. Once the scene was placed under control, units went back in service.
