Valhalla FAST was requested to Elmsford for a working structure fire. First arriving units encountered heavy fire. Crews were able to make a push and knock down a bulk of the fire. The FAST set up ground ladders to "soften" the building and supplying lights for interior crews. Once all visible fire was knocked down, members started overhauling the first and second floors. Members of the FAST were put to work to assist with overhaul. After overhaul was complete units began to be released.
