Valhalla and Elmsford Fire Departments along with Elmsford EMS were dispatched to the Sprain Brook Parkway, South of Grasslands Road for and MVA with injuries. Units arrived on scene to find a vehicle wedged in the guardrail. Members secured the power to the vehicle and assisted with traffic. Valhalla units were released shortly after as Elmsford units remained on scene.
