Alex Ciampi Celebrates 50 Years of Service

Today, the department celebrated Alex Ciampi's 50 years of service in the Valhalla Fire Department. Alex joined the Valhalla Engine Company #1 back in 1970. Since then he has been an active member of his company and the department. Al’s years of service were also recognized by County Legislator Margaret Cunzio, Town Supervisor Carl Fulgenzi, and the Board of Fire Commissioners. The members of the Valhalla Fire Department congratulate Al on this remarkable milestone.

My family and I want to thank you all for such a beautiful tribute to our dad for his 50 years of service to this awesome fire department. Your kindness, love, and support is so greatly appreciated. What better way to celebrate than in the very place he loved and felt so at home in then in the firehouse itself. We as a family have so many great memories of the fire house and we will treasure them always. Again thanks for everything. God Bless you all.
