Early Monday morning, VFD along with EMS, were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident with injuries on Bradhurst Avenue near Lakeview Avenue. First arriving units located one vehicle into a utility pole with a victim still in the vehicle. Crews removed the rear passenger door as well as the center post in order to remove the patient. Members worked with 37M1 and MPPD officers to extricate the victim from the vehicle. Once the victim was in the care of EMS crews awaited a tow. Units cleared the scene after the vehicle was removed.
