Over the past couple days, members have been completing their bailout refresher training. Each year members must re-certify on their system. This training is part of the firefighter’s personal escape system. In the event a firefighter is trapped in a fire and needs to immediately evacuate, they are able to use this system to bailout a window and lower themselves down to safety.
